1. Shipping Zones & Rates

We currently ship to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of AED 15 for orders below AED 200.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above AED 200.

2. Delivery Timeline

We know you are excited to receive your premium items! Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, & Umm Al Quwain: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Note: Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

  • There is no extra hidden fee for choosing COD.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a call. You can track your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
